We are impressed that you have found futbol teams to join - what a great way to meet other kids and and practice speaking Spanish. I bet you'll learn some words on the field that you don't get in the classroom.
The apartment tour was interesting. It looks new and clean (no dead bugs in the kitchen!) and even comes with a working Dad. Is it in a noisy neighborhood? Does the elevator work all the time? The views are great, even if hazy. And Mendoza seems like a very big town.
90°F in the winter - you must be glad you will not be there during the summer. It has been almost 100°F here for the last two days and that is way too hot.
